A new menu is posted on the website every Thursday and emailed every Monday. This menu will be available for your reference until Wednesday.
Our meals are all whole food plant-based and Gluten-free. We DO NOT USE fake meats, textured vegetable soy protein, dairy, meat, fish, or refined sugars.
Select a meal plan that suits your lifestyle. You have an option to customize, according to your preferences.
You can request to remove tofu, nuts, night shades, and goitrogen. Be adventurous and try all five dishes on our weekly menu or double up on the dish that you love...the choice is yours!
