MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED INCORRECTLY (EXPIRED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS), WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are extremely sorry about that! If you believe your order was prepared wrong, email help@sumer.ca (list the items with descriptions of what was incorrect) or call +1 (416) 274-4947 and we will provide you with further assistance.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I’VE PLACED IT?

Call +1 (416) 274-4947 immediately. If pickers haven’t started gathering your order, it can be cancelled.

MY ORDER IS LATE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We sincerely apologize! When pickers get busy, they may sometimes be late on an order. If we are 30 minutes late past your scheduled delivery time, the full amount will be refunded to you.

I PLACED A WRONG ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you placed a wrong order, email help@sumer.ca or call +1 (416) 274-4947. If pickers have begun picking but order changes don't impede gathering of other orders, changes to the order can be made. If the driver has already left the grocery store, we cannot cancel it.

WHY CAN I NOT PLACE AN ORDER?

We are launching on April 25th. If you've tried to place an order before that, it will not go through. 

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If we cancel your order, we will usually provide a reason for the cancellation. If your order was paid by credit card, the full amount will be refunded to you immediately.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE IN PICKING UP MY DELIVERY AT MY DOOR?

After 5 minutes, your delivery will be left at the door. 

HOW DO I SIGN UP AS A SUMER USER?

Sumer supports direct registration from Google, Facebook, and AppleID. You can sign in to Sumer using your preferred account information. 

IS THERE ANY FEE RELATED TO SUMER'S GROCERY DELIVERY SERVICE?

Sumer promised to provide free delivery service at the local supermarket within your area. 

DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD TO GET GROCERIES DELIVERED BY SUMER?

All types of online payments are available at checkout through our website.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SUMER ACCEPT?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, MasterCard Debit and Visa Debit.

CAN I SET A DELIVERY TIME?

As of now, Sumer delivers at 12pm, 4pm and 8pm everyday. When you click the checkout button, a dialog box will pop up, and you can select the time you want your grocery to be delivered. However, we will be able to deliver within one hour of checkout very soon!

WHICH GROCERY STORES CAN I PURCHASE FROM?

As of now, Sumer only delivers in the Scarborough region from one grocery store. We will be expanding very soon.

HOW DO I BECOME A PART OF THE SUMER TEAM (DRIVER, GROCERY PICKER, ETC.)

IS SUMER AVAILABLE IN MY AREA?

Currently, Sumer is available in Scarborough in partnership with Fusion Supermarkets. However, we are a growing company; follow us on our social media to get notified when Sumer comes to your area!

WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER FROM DIFFERENT GROCERY STORES IN THE SAME ORDER?

Sumer currently does not support the option of combining orders from multiple stores. 

DOES SUMER ACCEPT DONATIONS?
