MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED INCORRECTLY (EXPIRED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS), WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are extremely sorry about that! If you believe your order was prepared wrong, email help@sumer.ca (list the items with descriptions of what was incorrect) or call +1 (416) 274-4947 and we will provide you with further assistance.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I’VE PLACED IT?

Call +1 (416) 274-4947 immediately. If pickers haven’t started gathering your order, it can be cancelled.

MY ORDER IS LATE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We sincerely apologize! When pickers get busy, they may sometimes be late on an order. If we are 30 minutes late past your scheduled delivery time, the full amount will be refunded to you.

I PLACED A WRONG ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you placed a wrong order, email help@sumer.ca or call +1 (416) 274-4947. If pickers have begun picking but order changes don't impede gathering of other orders, changes to the order can be made. If the driver has already left the grocery store, we cannot cancel it.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If we cancel your order, we will usually provide a reason for the cancellation. If your order was paid by credit card, the full amount will be refunded to you immediately.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE IN PICKING UP MY DELIVERY AT MY DOOR?

After 5 minutes, your delivery will be left at the door. 

HOW DO I SIGN UP AS A SUMER USER?

Sumer supports direct registration from Google, Facebook, and AppleID. You can sign in to Sumer using your preferred account information. 

IS THERE ANY FEE RELATED TO SUMER'S GROCERY DELIVERY SERVICE?

Only $1.99 delivery fee on all orders!

DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD TO GET GROCERIES DELIVERED BY SUMER?

All types of online payments are available at checkout through our website.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SUMER ACCEPT?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, MasterCard Debit and Visa Debit.

CAN I SET A DELIVERY TIME?

Due to our value of enabling customers to order groceries on-demand, scheduling of your 15-minute delivery is currently unavailable. However, if this option is available, it will be announced through our mailing list. Join above!

HOW DO I BECOME A PART OF THE SUMER TEAM (DRIVER, GROCERY PICKER, ETC.)

IS SUMER AVAILABLE IN MY AREA?

When arriving on the home page, you will be presented with a landing page that will ask for your location. Upon entering the location, you will be directed to a page that will let you know whether or not delivery is available in your region based on the location entered.
